I’m a wife of 30+ years, mom of four grown children, nana, mentor, wellness advocate, and lifelong encourager of women.
Years ago, I helped found and lead a local MOPS group because I knew firsthand how lonely and overwhelming motherhood could feel.
Today, my passion is helping women move from overwhelm and uncertainty into peace, clarity, and confidence through practical encouragement and a deeper connection with God.
