You've prayed about the same thing for years. So why does it still have a hold on you?

You know the verses. You have quiet time. And still, there's the striving. The second-guessing. The quiet sense that God tolerates you more than He delights in you.

That's not weak faith.

You've done the work. Bible studies. Journals. Plans. You've asked God to change you, and you've meant it.

But somewhere along the way, prayer became something you talk at instead of Someone you hear from.

And the lies you picked up years ago—that you're too much, not enough, only as good as what you produce—are still there. You know what the Bible says about you. You've heard the sermons. You may even believe every word of them. But the lie underneath is still running the show. You've learned to manage it. You haven't become free from it.

Here's what changed everything for me.

I stopped doing all the talking. I asked Jesus a question, and then I waited.

And He answered. Not audibly. Not strangely. But unmistakably. He said things about me I could never have talked myself into believing. He showed me lies I had been living from without even realizing it.

And when Jesus spoke truth into those places, I didn't just have another truth to memorize. The lie I'd carried for years lost its hold on me.

That's the difference.

What I do as a mentor for women ...

I'm not going to give you five steps. I'm not going to tell you who you are.

I'm going to walk alongside you into an encounter with Jesus where you learn to hear His voice for yourself, let Him show you the lies you've been living under, and hear what He says is true.

Because knowing the truth and actually living free are not always the same thing.

Are you ready to begin? Take the assessment and uncover what's keeping you stuck—and where your path toward freedom could begin.

The thing you came for may not be the whole thing

Women come to me about food. Or anxiety. Or their marriage. Or feeling exhausted from taking care of everyone while quietly wondering why they still don't feel like enough. Or they simply know something isn't right anymore.

They've prayed. They've tried harder. They've told themselves they should be grateful. And they're still stuck.

Whatever brings them here, Jesus often goes deeper than the thing they came for. Because food may not really be about food. Striving may not really be about getting more done. People pleasing may not really be about being nice. And knowing all the right answers doesn't mean you know who you are.

This is where things begin to change. Women stop managing what has controlled them for years. They begin recognizing the lies underneath it. They learn to hear God's voice for themselves. They stop working so hard to become someone and begin living from who He already says they are.

And that changes more than one problem. It changes how she shows up with her husband. Her kids. Her friendships. Her body. Her decisions. Her time with God.

Because when a woman stops living from fear, striving, and the lie that she's not enough, the people closest to her experience the difference too. Her kids get a mom who's more present. Her husband gets a wife who isn't carrying everything alone. And she gets to stop spending her life trying to become someone God already says she is. The people around her notice.

Kind Words from Real Women ...

"I've been teaching and leading pastors' wives for over twenty years, telling them about the extravagant love Jesus has for them. But until I walked through this with Christy, I had never felt the depth of His love for me like that. It was life-changing."

I help you live in the overflow

This is Living in the Overflow.

Not a woman running on empty and trying harder. Not a woman who knows all the right things to say but is still fighting the same battle underneath.

A woman who knows how to go to Jesus, hear His voice, recognize what's true, and live from who He says she is. So full of what Jesus has spoken over her that it begins to spill into every part of her life. Her home. Her marriage. Her children. Her friendships. Her body. Her calling.

That's Living in the Overflow.

Sweet friend ...

You don't have to spend another year managing the same thing you've been praying would change.

It's time to find out what's keeping you stuck—and where freedom could begin.
